In this first episode, I am excited - and a bit nervous - to share a bit of my background and who I am. I am a certified yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist who has always been passionate about self-growth. However, in the past 4 years, I have made a massive shift in my personal growth and it has transformed my perspective on life and led me to inner peace. I hope that this podcast can inspire other women to know that it is never too late for healing and self-acceptance.

Throughout this episode, you will learn about my background - the short version - and what has inspired me to start a podcast. I talk about some of the traumatic events from early on in my life that I will explain in future episodes, what some of the transformative changes have been in the past 4 years of my life, and what my mission is with this podcast.
