Kevin is a Strength & Conditioning Coach to athletes and teams as well as a Consultant Performance Coach to coaches, clubs & professionals where he works on structures, practice design and other supports using extensive research into learning, practice design & skill acquisition..

Kevin has coached for almost 30 years on 3 continents in multiple coaching roles and sports and has a particular interest in motor learning, how we learn as humans, skill acquisition and coach education.

The Design the Game Project is about discussing and sharing that knowledge with experience and investigating this with the participants. The podcast is about getting other voices and experts in on the act to ultimately help coaches design better coaching sessions for their players and teams.

The cast of guests are taken from various disciplines with the primary target of enhancing the tool box of the busy, sub elite coach.
