The party starts as you enter the park and see decorations and performers lining the streets. Make your way back to the French Quarter Marketplace for music, specialty drinks, and New Orleans food like Andouille Sausage, Shrimp Gumbo, Jambalaya, Beignets and King Cake. The Mardi Gras parade kicks off in Hollywood featuring real Mardi Gras floats. This year the theme is "Around the World in 80 Days". The night ends with a concert by a popular performing artist, unless you take the party to CityWalk and the New Orleans bars Pat O'Briens and Fat Tuesdays!
