Doc Wynter is quite literally the most powerful person in Hip Hop radio at media giant iHeartRadio and has been for years.

He also happens to be one of my former bosses and the man that formed a lot of how I see the industry throughout my time working at the Los Angeles iHeart office. Since then, he's stayed a great friend of mine.

So who better to ask if payola exists in 2023, if ChatGPT is going to ruin on-air jobs, and how he decides if he should stop playing an artist's music if they're canceled? Literally no one.

She was one of the first people I reached out to when I was attempting to move on from my own radio career and someone I've looked up to ever since. She loves anime, has cosplayed on occasion, and still interviews some of your favorite artists.
