You might know Ross from Twitter. He runs the Spurs Simpsons account and has appeared on the occasional Filthy Shambles episode. Lovely lad. I've met him so this isn't just an internet shout out. He's a genuine bloke, salt of the earth type.

He reached out to me wanting to discuss mental health and his very personal experience. It's something he felt he needed to do. He wanted to do. To be open about it and perhaps inspire others to do the same, to seek help, to know they can.

This particular topic isn't of course related to Spurs and the football centric stuff - but traditional pods will follow.

This pod episode might not be for everyone and I respect that. But if you feel it is helpful in some way or you have anything you wish to share - please do.
