We are WiseOwl, a group of communicators for social change.

In the course of our work, people have approached us having had a negative experience with communication.

Eh kasi naman, kalat ang fake news, kaliwa't kanan nagsisiraan, ang bilis magshift ng trends, kakagawa mo pa lang, laos na pala! What more if you're an advocate or communicating a cause? Saan ka lulugar? Paano ka makikipagsabayan?

And we've seen it in our own practice. Communication is powerful... if only we took the time to talk about it.

That's why we're doing this podcast. Here at Give a Hoot, we will sit down and talk to strategists, advocates, academics, creatives, and others who can talk about how we can use communication in creating positive change.

Let's have more of these conversations that make us really think about issues that make an impact.
