<itunes:summary>
Imagine this...you wake up one morning and the heavy blanket of depression and the frantic feeling of anxiety don't attack you the way they used to. It's been a gradual improvement you barely noticed over months, but as you take a deep breath and stretch your arms over your head, you realize all your efforts have actually added up, big time, to a sensation of freeness. You go about your day and instead of feeling isolated or alone, you have several coffee dates booked throughout the week with friends who support and motivate your spirit. Any issue, mistake, or set-back used to send you into a shame paralysis, but now, you handle them all painlessly and even turn negatives into big wins! Social settings used to make you feel awkward, but now you enter rooms with confidence and ease. As the day goes on, you find things in your life that need improvement. But instead of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, shame, or defeat, you know this isn't the end of the story. You don't go to sleep early to escape, like in days before. And you don't go to bars to drink away what you are feeling. You let yourself experience the feelings.

And then you use your tools to process them, let them go, or transform them.

If this sounds like a dream day, it was for me too. Imagining this years ago would have made me cry. Now, it's my normal day.

I'm not going to sugar-coat it; achieing this better day/life required work, persistence, and change. But if you are searching for the "how" and the "what" to get started on unburdening your life...I want to share what worked for me.

Let's talk about it <3

Hosted on Acast.
