Squatmelt Begins

The Nerdmelt comedy theatre closed it's doors in March of 2018 and comedy at 4722 Sunset Boulevard was to have ended forever. Damn it! It was a thriving stand up venue for years. And it was two blocks from my home, Dragon Manor. I was gonna miss performing and hanging out there. Or was I???

I decided to keep performing and hanging out there even though it was closed! The very next week, on April 5 2018, we dared to stage a show in the parking lot. The comics showed up. A crowd assembled. And with a milk crate for a stage, Squatmelt was born.

Enjoy the chaos of the big bang. I give you...
