We're recording roadside, outside a Pret... because that's all anyone in London ever seems to talk about... Bloody Pret! This street has special significance to us, as it's where we spent time when our son was having his big surgery on Harley Street. Quite emotional being back.

We talk about the trip here. Simon discusses a rather unsavoury example of Baader Meinhof Complex he's been experiencing. We talk crappy hotels with the world's best showers. We talk posh schools, the first celeb spot, the Science Museum, how the V&A has brought out the proper middle-aged side of us, pub grub, Harrods and a being on an escalator with the world's sexiest man and a Hollywood A-lister. And, since it's us, we head over to Bowel Corner, where one of us, it seems, can defy physics and fart into the future.

We're off up to Norwich now, home of Adam Buxton & Alan Partridge. We'll record another update soon.

We started by talking about a special skill/ability most women seem to possess. We chat about half-term-keeping-up-with-the-Joneses. Then we get to the meat of Valentine's Day... Does marriage kill it? When was our last proper bit of romance? We also figure out what should be marketed as 'anti-Viagra'! We have an update on our little Valentine's surprise we set up for our youngest daughter, Lorra has a Facebook trend update for recently-divorced middle-aged women and we throw in a 10/10 film suggestion that wee think is a great Valentine's movie night option... Sort of.
