Fiona’s mission is to improve the experiences of employees who are currently on their own fertility journeys and those who may be in the future. As well as hearing about the challenges that she faced during her 15-year-long fertility journey, Fiona provides a wealth of advice and insight, that is helpful to anyone either going through fertility treatment or supporting friends or colleagues with their journeys. In the fertility space, it can be difficult to know the right things to say. Fiona shares her views on the importance of sensitive mindful language and holding space to hear the experiences of women* (and men) going through fertility journeys of their own.
