Whenever your prayers are answered, the divine plays a big part in that. If you feel like it took too long, you'll soon come to realize that it was actually the perfect time. Looking back in hindsight, you'll understand why everything fell into place the way that it did.


In this episode, I share how lessons that we're meant to learn in this lifetime play a role in when our prayers are actually answered. Our soul decided on the lessons we wanted to learn prior to coming into this lifetime. These lessons are tied to us evolving spiritually, and creating the life that we desire to create for ourselves with the Universe. In order to do so, this comes with understanding the lessons we're being given, learning the lesson, and actually applying into our lives. That is when your manifestation takes place in physical form, that is when your prayer is answered.


Karma from past lives and this one also play a role in the experiences your encounter during your earthly journey.

]]> There is NO LIMIT to what the Universe can do for you! Whether it's a specific sign, romance, etc, - as long as we believe in the magic, we'll receive. Ever since my spiritual awakening, I've understood more and more that EVERYTHING is energy. The same magic that created you is abundant in what it's able to bring to you. This beautiful divine energy can co create anything in your life along with you. When we ask the Universe / God / our angels for guidance or signs, we're going to get it. It's up to us to be present, and trust that we are able to create and bring to life whatever we wish to in this lifetime.

]]> Is the fear of the unknown holding you back from letting go of people, places, things that don’t feel aligned with you anymore? That don’t resonate with you anymore? This was the case for me until I had no choice but to let go, because what I was holding onto wasn’t aligned with my most authentic path anymore.

Well, many people struggle with understanding how to because there's so much outside noise that can have an impact on us. This includes what society has been projecting onto us, what we see on social media, what are friends are doing - it all contributes to the chatter in our minds. I used to really struggle with listening to my body and giving it what it needed. I would push myself to workout when I was tired, I would go out with friends when I really didn't feel like it, and I would eat foods that I knew wasn't making me feel great. Looking back on it now, I really question what I was even thinking. Honestly, I was probably just thinking a little TOO much. Once I took the time to really tune into my body and honor however it was feeling, I felt 100000% better. Honoring what your body needs is an act of self-love, it's an act of self-care. In this episode, I share what my journey has been like with overexercising and how listening to my body has changed my relationship with food and my body for the better. 🙏🏽
