No longer able to cope with the demands he was placing on his body, he was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. As it turns out, giving a label to the condition may have helped on an intellectual level, but not necessarily helpful in combating the underlying cause of his condition; the relentless desire to win. Ex-soldier, humanitarian and coach to elite sports teams.

I've never met Al in person and the Covid-19 situation threw us together on a LinkedIn thread where we very much aligned on our thoughts and experiences around the subject of purpose and values.

In this session, Al and I go deep into how being clear on your purpose is not something soft and fluffy. But something that is foundational to all high performing individuals and organisations. Tommy is a coach, gym owner, personal trainer, author, TEDx presenter and martial arts champion!

Tommy and I have been mentoring and keeping each other accountable for the last 15 years and he has been an inspiration to myself and his wider community during that time. It doesn't disappoint and provides you with ideas of how you too can show up as the best version of a coach that you can be.
