In the Spring of 2021, Siemens Canada employees raised $60,000 benefitting CMHA to support the important work they do to support Canadians with their mental health. This episode discusses the importance of good mental health, recognizing issues and strategies for managing them, and the powerful story of one person’s experience supporting a loved one through a mental health crisis.
