In this episode we hear the full text of chapter 1.

We meet Lhoris, a white haired 3rd circle scribe at the Tower Dreich in the city of Arnac. We learn a little about the mist shrouded Forest of Shattered Stones to the west, and we meet a few people who live and work in the tower. We find out that the Astral Concordance festival is 3 days away, and that there is some unrest among the senior archivists at the tower that is somehow related.
