I Did It Again

We are approaching the New Year. What do you do heading into the New Year?

What shows up for me is to clean house. And so I find myself in the cleaning mode. Internally that is. I learned very early in life, that it was important to take a fearless and moral inventory of myself.

That seems to happen for me during the last quarter of the year. I don’t even think about it, it just happens. It keeps my inner world crisp and responsive.

When something is out of wack, I know it and I take care of it right away. How about you?

The Pain-body / Butt Hurt

So you know, even through I move through the spaces in my inner world. I still take the next appropriate action and leave the results up to Infinite Love. This podcast starts where I left off yesterday. This is going to be another podcast. I will expand on what I share. For example, the safe space is this podcast and you. You are the safe, quiet space, the inner world. How did I not make it “mean something”. I will go deeper into that.

I speak the way I do so that the mind is not what gets engaged. How did I allow the power of the grief and the blessings?

I feel the spirit move me. Our essence, I will expand on that as well.

Then there is the pattern that got engraved into our reactiveness. This program is an opportunity to empower yourself.

So let’s keep “being out of our minds"

These first 2 years are all about repetition, stoping the insanity, and you can’t do that if you are oblivious to what is happening.

Now as we move over to Patreon we can go much deeper, we can interact which will provide a whole different interaction between us.

There will be energy, it will be real, and that is when Presence is present. I am pointing to that now that you have the basics.

There was a time when I landed in AA that I had to come clean with myself. I was going to do this sobriety thing, or not.

When I began to look at how my life was going, I had to say to myself, SELF! You are going to die if you don’t take a different action.

I HAD to take new actions. No other choice for me, I was dying inside, a million times over. I was willing to do ANYTHING!

I wish that for you too.

That you are willing to do anything to alter your state of mind. That you are able to rise above the mind. That you master your mind and that it doesn’t continue to master you.

Infinite Love Never Ceases To Amaze Me

Hello Everyone,

I’m beginning to feel like a person again. I will do my very best to post a podcast everyday to the end of the year!

We will be moving the podcast over to Patreon in Jan. That is our “Pay It Forward” ask we have of you. We will continue the conversation there, where we can go a little deep. Now that we have the basics out of the way, we can start cutting out/distinguishing the mind from the inner world more deeply. Cut out the story and simply get right to it. There, at Patreon, we will have a membership fee of $20. This $20 will go towards providing scholarships for those that would like to expand, heal, serve. We are creating a community of people that would move heaven and earth for the opportunity to make a difference for others. We know what it is like to FEEL alone. You are not. There are “others" that are interested in having an authentic, free to be life. Fully self-expressed. And we are at this point moving through all of this together.

Living Life As It Is

Hello, Hello!

This is what happens when you made other plans. Said another way... Life on life's terms. Covid, how is mom, how in my niece, make arrangements for the day we leave, make reservation for the place we stay the night. Then call the school to let them know what is happening, make calls to change doctor appointments and it goes on and on. Also the fact that my cousin got covid and Love let us spend some much needed time together. Like its said "just when you think it is the worst thing that ever happened, it turns out to be the best", not that she has covid rather that we got to spend time.

This is not about being perfect. It is about noticing, allowing the situation to be as it is, then surrendering the situation to Infinite Love.

That is done WHILE taking the next appropriate actions since we do the foot work and THEN leave the outcome to Infinite Love.

Dino Going Home, Recorded On The Day!

This was recorded the day Dino went home to his mom. It is raw and real.

This is before being diagnosed with covid. Like I say, The Divine that made me, heals me!

The diagnosis is from the Doctor, the prognosis is between me and Infinite Love. I will continue to

put one foot in front of the other. Get everything in order. And Live like there is no tomorrow!

Who knows what is in store for us, for me. All I know is that just for today, I put it all in Infinite Loves wings of Love.

I can fall back into that. I am Love's.

It's About Being Present

Hello, hellooooo,

Well, well, it looks like this is the thing that keeps showing up. My reactiveness. And by prep-ticing, incrementally, I have been able to find myself in this NMW, state of being, with regard to puking caca onto him for not doing it my way. No self there to get in the way.

These practices don't stop you from feeling rather they have you feel everything that caused you to react and now you are responding to the situations rather than react and puke on others. Leave people ALONIE!

It is called surrender in action then take the next appropriate action to take care of the situation. Now there I complained about the process I went through and how disappointed I am with the outcome, raging mad and yet not directed to her and she knew it and was understanding!

Of course she is getting paid to calm the situation down and that she did well by letting me vent and not taking anything I said personal.

That works for me when my ego doesn't assume that others are there for my needs and that I can just cast them aside when they don't do what my ego believes they should be doing. He was saved by my ability to know that if I said anything it would have been to destroy him not lift him up. My actions were exactly what needed to happen for this outcome. I'm grateful I am able to walk away with grace and bit of snobbiness. All in an everyone functions and a NMW kind of way! How was your day? How is your baseline in each area?

I go with the flow and am willing to go with the flow since I know it is wayyyyyy better

Well this last quarter is turning out to be fun. Lots of interesting twist and turns. NOT...

Just life on life's terms. So far, I have to have my hustle on. Deliveries, to make the cash to fix the car that is taking us to Calif.

So far, so good. Car is in excellent condition. House, incrementalism and done finally. My body is exhausted and my boringness is exhausted.

As I regroup, lots keeps happening, the flow of life, I find I am more and more in a state of acceptance, a state of non-resistance.

So I find I have a sense of deep joy and genuine happiness. Nothing better.

Something New, Different

Oh, btw.... This recording is not my best editing however I had to get this done before my day started and it is already going by faster than my mind thought! lol Anyway....

This keeps getting better and better. I can only "TALK ABOUT IT", it would be much better for you to take what works and leave the rest.

It would be much better for you to EXPERIENCE it. All in a space of DISCOVERY. I find myself breathing and finding the experience of calm. peaceful connection to Infinite Love. That was not how it started out. Always remember you have all you could ever possibly need within you. So keep practicing, keep listening to Eckhart and keep noticing.

due to the fact that it is an inside job! Everything we talk about, point towards is the inner world. This world is primary. So of course I would have a sense of freedom!

My integrity IS me. Is our essence so when we are in line, NO RESISTANCE, it works for US.

Long Productive Day!

Very, very long day... what you don't know is the yard has to be done asap due to the fact there are mosquitos EVERYWHERE!

It was now or never! The yard is now basically ready to be cleaned and then for the pest control to come right after.

It now gives me my weekend back! I'm freed to due something that moves and inspires me.

Interesting Last Quarter!

Well, well,

I am so happy to find myself in this experience. It is painful, since it is the pain body.

So much happened and for me to be able to be responding, is like WOW. Remember, this too shall pass. You too can shift rather than react. Why? If I can, you can.

All this is what is present due to my baby boy Dino, he is not long now for this world. Trying to figure out all the owies that have been triggered is ridiculous to me now. Just letting it happen, while being present is the only way to go! All the unwiring is happening while I refuse to work it out through the mind.

Actually, I am not in resistance about not using the mind, I am in acceptance of the fact that the answer I ultimately receive isn't from going to my mind. It isn't something I HAVE to do, it is a part of me and it happens, for the most part, automatically. Walking through is the "This too shall pass" hanging on by a thread, yet always knowing Infinite Love has my back!

Whoa! - Moving Through a Space

Okay! My Peeps,

This is perfect for our last quarter of the year. This is a breakthrough in real time. This is taking each day as it comes. Some of you may not move through this for a while, once presence is more readily available to you, you then move through all the old owes that get in the way, that stop you, that had you quit, that had you turn away, yell, be hateful to yourself and others, the shame that comes with that, adding caca on top of caca! This is no longe the only option you have.

Even though this is painful, I am in a place where it is okay, I understand that this is what there is to do. I simply do it. When it gets to this place "hanging by a thread" that is when I fall back into the wings of Infinite Love.

I KNOW I AM OKAY, This too shall pass, and it always does. So don't give up till the miracle happens! This is you finding out that beyond a shadow of a doubt, Infinite Love has YOUR back. Test it!

I woke up. I realized I needed to stop resisting and start accepting. Once that happened, I was Scott free! What a life to live. Now is a beautiful day.

I Asked And I Received!

We are still talking about signs.

I was definitely ASKING for them and I totally RECEIVED them.

We really know the answer and yet want to or need to hear it from another.

In this case, it is someone I trust as far as the message. As well as the fact Infinite Love hit the nail on the head!

Just the perfect words to target a yum within me. I love you so much Infinite Love. You ALWAYS have my back.

Therefore, I know you have the back of others. Yay! Also, listening through ALL his audios. I have a full library of his works.

I listen to them picking which I want to use. I am teaching so that is one reason I do this however I have found that it correlates

with the power of listening to someone other than my mind. Eckhart is the master when it comes to the mind. I went to a meeting

everyday for years. It saved my life. We are all traumatized, I was traumatized, covid stopped everything. Time to go within!

This is the one day at a time I was talking about. The NOW Eckhart talks about. There is only one day, I only move in the now.

You are beginning to align with the flow and energy of the Universe inside you. Why??!!! No more resistance.

This is where you start to notice that "the mind" is not needed to navigate through life. You realize all the time you spent in the illusion of the mind and now that it is not able to trigger your responses anymore. You are now able to respond newly, freshly. Even in the beginning a little confused or perplexed could be words to point to the experience. Just know that you are now in the New Paradigm!

Hello Everybody,

This is a quick one. My back is spasming again. It will stop soon enough. In the meantime My house is in the last stage of clean up. Inside and Out. I give myself time wise... another month to have it looking good. Has to be done. My family moved in with me and it is time to make it work in the best way possible.

Also, I do not take anything, man made drugs, if I don't have to. I also have continued to release weight little at a time. It has become the next appropriate action!

And this is how we do life, communicate when needed, or as I like to call it... self-correcting with integrity.

Oh, boy!

This is life on life's terms. All there is to do is adjust.... make the calls, put out the podcast, be in communication!

Guilt has nothing to do with the situation, only the mind does that, YOU! You are making calls and being in communication. Self correcting with integrity.

Notice how much room you have for me, for my back, to get well. Right there! This is most peoples reaction. Get Well! I will too! However, what you do to yourself internally with guilt and shame is destructive.

I'm happy, glad the podcast is authentic and real. This is LIFE. The caca hits and then we self-correct with integrity WITHOUT the mind. So breath should something similar happen to you. Get into action and communicate and then let it go and rest if that is appropriate. Just NMW!

We are now connected to Infinite Love in the way we were meant to. Now we have a REAL, heartfelt connection to something bigger than you. It's real, it's works with us, and we can trust in it. Once we move away from language and move inward. That is when the Universe conspires to work for you. You have been experiencing this since you were born into this world. Time to enjoy the "Heaven on Earth" we have. We will explore, we take what works and leave the rest.

It took me a long while before I could say God due to listening to humans put God's love into what their conditioned mind created. We didn't know! And we have since been listening to what others have to say about what God's love is to us. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN EXPERIENCE GOD"S LOVE THROUGH OUR INNER WORLD. So let's keep exploring, expanding, experiencing, expressing.

Next week we are going to look at the book by Laura Lynne Jackson, Signs. We will see how Joan of Heart gives you the space for all that is natural and true to you rise. The good news is that Eckhart and Vipassana provide us what we need to know about with regards to our body. The sensations of our body.

The mind that got conditioned, and how we live like it is real. Bringing this all together has given us a new way to provide ourselves freedom.

This is meant for you to listen to what works and leave the rest. It is an expansion that continues till the day this body dies. I accept that as real and I own it.

One thing I know for sure, repetition, repetition, repetition! Don't forget how long you have been in the mind. Aimlessly floundering in life just due to the fact that you were in your unobserved mind. Yearsssssssss

Again, at this point you can see when the mind wants to take you out simply by says "AGAIN!"

Use the one liner "Am I going to Master it, or is it going to Master me?" Your choice.

As far as this practice is concerned, Just keep noticing that you are prap-ticing! Then relax and gently and incrementally introduce this evening and morning prap-tice. Sending you all good juju.

Vipassana - Day 3

I count myself blessed being able to go to Vipassana. It gave me the opportunity to experience a form of silence of the mind. I loved being in the silence.

As a matter of fact, I came back from the 1st experience and sat (meditated) everyday for a year and half... I cried everyday for 1 year. I was able to release a lot of owies! It has been so healing. And you don't have to do Vipassana. You will be guiding yourself to a waking state of meditation. Just keep prap-ticing, prap-ticing.

This can only be experienced "one day at a time". So hang on for the ride. Also, you don't have to have a mediation practice. Not a formal practice anyway. You can achieve the same result by utilizing your breathe in the mornings and evenings. Very small action with HUGE results.

It is important I share this with you. This is our freedom. This is our peace. This is your experience to have if you choose.

How are you going to choose if no one has ever been able to say... "Hey! There is something here you really want to look at! It is your way out of "the insanity" of your mind and if you are willing to take these steps, you will find your personal freedom"

Nope! I have never encountered this conversation ever until I found Eckhart then lost my wife. What I love the most is you are the one. You either do it or you don't. I will say that this is a discovery, a spiritual practice, a daily practice. It is a walk the walk program. It's a program you can use to gain your freedom from the conditioned mind/hell loop.

Through The Eyes Of A Child - 2

This is an in the moment share. I was deeply moved to be touched by such love. The pure essence of Infinite Love through this little girl. She touched every aspect of the true essence, purity and innocence we come into this world with. How along the way it gets dampened. And for me, I am jumping up and down, waving my hands saying "it doesn't have to be that way!" our child don't have to endure the suffering we have. All self imposed.

Also, an example of H.A.L.T = Each one equals 25% of your wellbeing going out of wack. So for example I was 3 out of the 4 so my state of being was impacted and that is why I was being upset, reactive and so forth. Use it to provide you a guideline for who you are being to others and yourself. It definitely supports you on this road.

Our world would be impacted in a beautiful way. Peace would actually be a possibility. IF ONLY, we all begin to take notice of our reactiveness, beingness. Wow! you would have that kind of impact simply by noticing how reactive you are! Hmmmmm... Amazing

Through The Eyes Of A Child

Okay,

Now it is getting different. Most important is I share with you guys about H.A.L.T. = Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired. This was recorded while I was tired, hungry and Angry since I was agitated. That counts as a reaction. I am noticing everything I respond to. I would say I am bumping up against a new paradigm.

This is a time when I was walking through the eye of a needle and it all came to a head once I got home, ate and showered. This is what came out. It to is considered a surrendered state. Due to exhaustion. It could be called the space of no mind.

Tomorrow I will give you a little more background. For example the reason it was so moving is due to Eckhart sharing that we are Essence. For me, it is like the little girl. She is 9 months and the HAPPIEST Beautiful example to me of the essence we ALL came into to this world with. So Infinite Love continues to show me grace and love as I move through the eye of the needle. I am blessed

In the state of surrender, allowing and being confident in Infinite Love to have the Universe to conspire and provide for us, is when the Universe DOES provide! I love it! I don't know how, all I know is when I flip the switch it works and that's all you need to know.

Hello All,

The mind is not only causing havoc in our personal life, it is causing others to kill, shoot, mame and anything else it can do. Why?

Cuz no one is checking themselves at the door. It has become okay to release all our anger out on others. However when another does it to us! Forget it! We are reactive! Angry and ready to kill, at least it feels that way inside. Some however have taken it to others and cutting life off.

All mind! I will love it when that behavior is the exception and not the rule!

I'm excited to share this bonus clip with you. It is an example of "The Universe Conspiring to Work for You" and how surrender supports it happening. There is an alignment that happens, then suddenly you are in the flow of that alignment, naturally with nothing in the way (conditioned mind) which provides the space for the universe to do it's beautiful thing. It is an amazing, exquisite experience. I'm always blown away at what is placed before me. Like the bible verse says " see how the birds do not toil" or something like that. Life On Life's Terms, even on Fourth of July!

Happy Fourth of July!

To all of us, let's not forget that we are in America. That Love gets the message through despite the bs of the mind.

Slave owners wrote the constitution. They had a different agenda through the scope/point of view they possessed at the time.

That didn't stop Infinite Love from providing ALL Americans and others worldwide from the desire to live free. To take on the declaration that was gifted to us all through the means at the time. That in-spite of the road ahead, that declaration to our humanity thrives in the veins of the world. We know the truth of the declaration in our being. It will not be hampered and the flame can't be turned out! It is a Yum we all feel.

I love the fact that I can choose what is best for me. At least till now.

We are definitely at a crossroads when it comes to our right to vote. If we don't have the ability to vote, then it is the end of our grand experiment. This, Joan of Heart - 90 Days to the Heart of the Matter, is your way of contributing to Infinite Loves expansion. It is our path to peace on earth. Too bold??? Yes, if if were coming from an egoic Identify. This is Infinite Loves deals! So keep prap-ticing! It is worth every space I have moved through.

To say we are born of innocences is a fact. We have no thoughts or owies controlling our days. Until, it's like we are velcro walking through life and it all, the yucky stuff, just sticks to us.

However, that is not the truth. That is the trick of the mind. Once you know, you hear it, you realize how it has been hell, that is when one is willing to give it a full throttled effort. An effort that I say is worth it. I get a little passionate in this one. Please forgive should it trigger you.

Yes, much is happening in the world, our county, our state, our city. Gun violence is on the rise.

Fight or flight might be rushing through your body. This is the moment that it is even more important to stand your ground.

The inner life is the one to be attentive to. There is nothing to do, unless there is. Keep breathing, keeep using NMW for yourself and others, don't let the mind take you on a ride of "what could I do, why don't I do it?, do I leave, do I stay?" all mind chatter. Stay in the present moment. When there is an action to take, you will take it. So start to notice.... am I in the present, am I trusting Infinite Love, what next love?

Stay with your internal navagation system and you will get through this. This is the perfect time to cultivate your partnership with Infinite Love by using your one liners, spaces, and breathe! This IS an opportunity to expand. Use it!

I'm adding "Using Butt Hurt to Expand" since no matter what the reaction is, as far as we are concerned, it is a butt hurt. Please use this time as an opportunity to continue your expansion. These are the times we check out emotionally. See if you can breathe through, allow your breathe to get your through. NMW for anything. Loving you and you can do it!

Just a conversation about how on the daily, we are in thoughts, always dealing with life rather than experiencing it.

We don't even realize it. Just so normal correct?

NO! it is not normal. We only believe it is normal since we have been doing it forever. Eckhart is gaining in momentum for a reason.

You will always be living in the condemnation of who the "conditioned mind' says you are UNLESS you are willing to be willing to step out of the "conditioned mind", easier said than done.

Keep noticing how fruitless it is to react to every little thing! Once you begin to notice how over the top the reaction is? You too will laugh and begin to touch the gift of Love that is our Divine part of our being. Our Authentic Being. Have fun discovering!

My tire blew! Did I?

That is the question? Did I blow up just like my tire did. Did I diminish others around me just due to the fact my egoic identity is on a rampage?

No! I didn't! I am so heart happy! I'm sure I would have sliced and diced someone along the way prior to prap-ticing Eckhart.

Not this time. BTW... I was taken care of within 1 hour. Excellent service and back on the road.

Nothing got in the way of the actual experience. ie... no judgment that they should be here faster, do a better job, why do I have to go through this now! blah, blah, blah. blah, blah, blah!

All is well and now I can start again, start again.

If You Can't Listen To Eckhart

Hello All,

I share this episode due to the fact that I hear from many, they can't listen to Eckhart. lol

I have found that there are two possible reasons for this, not that there aren't others, just these two are biggies.

1. The mind is trying to figure it out - Let it rest, you don't need it when you are listen to Eckhart.

2. Listen with your whole body, listen by allowing the words to wash over you.

It has happened over and over again for me. I like the one liner "just when you think it is the worst thing that could ever happen, it turns out to be the best!"

The only difference between you and I is... I know it to be true in my bones.

Appreciation

Hello Everyone,

The state of appreciation I found myself in was so new! I was in awe! To be looking through the eyes of appreciation was incredible! Anything else I say is just trying to explain it and that won't help at all. That would give food to the mind. No, this was a sense of appreciation that came from all by being. It was just there, wasn't try to make it happen, it just happened and that is why it was so powerful.

So we are going to have to leave it there for now. It is true that you go deeper and the discoveries are many and oh, so inspiring. I find that all I am doing is taking the next appropriate action each day, unless I bump up against something that stops the action. And even then all I do is take the next appropriate action with nmw.

Something else, the audio isn't the best however I cleaned it up as best I could. Always, always, remember take what works and leave the rest.

Always listen to what is similar not what's different and keep on, keepin on!

Hello!

That is the question, isn't it? "Am I going to Master it or is it going to Master me?" remember, this is a place to stand or come from. For me, when I saw that I was in my mind, I would find myself questioning. Asking myself, am I going to listen to the same old insanity of my mind or am I going to listen, participate and learn? I always did programs to learn how my ego got in the way and in doing so, I was able to have lots of owies dissipate, disappear.

It worked, it supported me and I really love it now. It is so different than when I started. It has been worth every minute of it and worth all I moved through to be right where I find myself now.

I love this space and I am CERTAIN it is available to you as well. It is already happening! I look forward to hearing from you all about the peace you are finding.

Mother's Day

Mother's Day is a time to honor the woman that gave birth to us. The woman that did all she could, with the best she had at that time, to protect us. To honor the woman that took care of us when we were sick, her hands gave us medicine, comforted us. In her honor we send Love to all the Women of the world that LOVE unconditionally. Thank you.

I can say, my mother was made for me. She taught me well and with so much patience. I was fortunate to know her love.

Mothers, I appreciate you!

Using Incrementalism While in Overwhelm

Mostly we beat ourselves up due to the mind- loop when we have things that need to be done. Berate ourselves. This podcast gives a perpective to take on. Discover.

Life provides us plenty of opportunity to see our reactiveness/butt hurt! We begin playing with and engaging with how life shows up when less reactiveness is in the space.

Using and owning "Incrementalism" will allow for expansion in that space of less reaction. Since, suddenly you may find yourself reacting very differently. A new place/space that you provided by taking this on. You are the one that has taken the medicine. Please keep taking the medicine, so you continue to find freedom. It is not pie in the sky!

This is why take all the simple actions I repeat over and over again. Why? cuz the mind will draw you back into the old pattern of being in the mind, living in it as if what it says is real! It isn't! So prap-tice, prap-tice, prap-tice! It is worth every second of the expansion. So keep "Incrementally" creating a gap from the mind-loop. Wait for it, wait for it.... It's a space of discovery. An adventure to notice and watch how the "Universe conspires to work for you".

Allowing life to show up as it is and watching the wonder of the entire experience unfold before your eyes is incredible.

"No Make Wrong" and some gentleness so a little "You can't see till you can see" Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you are off to the freedom you have always desired. Or maybe not.
