We inhibit the potential to connect on a wonderfully deep and empathetic level with those around us because of the nature of modern intrusions.

Why not step back, assess what it is that stops us from fully engaging with tasks, fellow humans and our goals and be done with it?


With this episode, I investigate my own procrastination cycles and also how I label it to better engage with the act of removing it effectively.
