How will you take care of yourself as you age? Those that live over the age of 65 tend to need some help with daily living. I speak to questions you may ask yourself so you are fully prepared as you age. The caregiver has many demands and wears many hats. What that role looks like to each person is different. We need to care for ourselves so we can care for others fully.

This first episode shares the final journey I encountered next to my mother as she moved onto eternity. This is the revelation I had as she moved on and I began to understand I would live life now without her. Eternity is a place we go forever after we leave this earth. We will spend more time in eternity than we will spend here on earth.
