Our Base Chakra helps us to open up to trust Spirit. When we are trusting of Spirit we are over to hand over our problems, we feel safe, we attract solutions and our will is activated to complete tasks we are guided to do. Our Base Chakra is associated with the colour red, however any colour may appear during the meditation to open or clear blockages. This meditation also helps us to feel sexually nourished, ignite our kundalini energy and ground us. We take a moment to release anything blocking us from trusting so we can move forward in our lives.

About Lightfilled Yoga Chakra Meditations

These guided meditations take us through a simple yoga pose that aligns and nourishes 8 chakras – Crown, Third Eye, Ears, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Base Chakra. Using different coloured light visualisations to assist us in resonating with each unique chakra attribute we are taken on a journey with each one. Relax and sink into the deep healing that activates your chakras to unlock your infinite potential.
