The Prayer That Changed My Life

Today I’m going to share the prayer that has changed my life. It’s an ancient prayer perfected by St. Ignatius of Loyola. It’s called the Examen Prayer, not to be confused with the Examination of Conscience. I hope you enjoy this and practice it!

Happy Easter! In this episode, I share a little bit about Easter and when it ends officially because most people don’t know this. I also talk a little bit about Divine Mercy Sunday, which is the second Sunday of Easter and how that was instituted. And finally, I talk about a message I sent to my prayer list which I called the prayer warriors because we are truly in a spiritual battle. But the message was very clear and strong and something that I didn’t pre-meditate on and it just kind of came out so I feel like that God wanted me to or he wanted to send a message to them through me.
