I have a voice and I want to use it to express myself. I have been quiet for too long that I unknowingly talk over people badly because I feel I am not being heard....It's something that I struggle with til this day...Don't take it personal! Most time it's what the person is going through and sometimes their actions has nothing literally nothing to do with you.....it always come from childhood trauma that we don't address in our culture.....we all have it!!! I am just willing to share mine.

Life after my divorce was difficult. I needed to do something so I wouldn't spiral. I started working on me.....got distracted....went backwards......made gains....got bamboozled.....fell in lust and continuing to find my true self through great reflections of my triggers and actions.....this is the beginning of my new journey to live freely and authentically me....stay locked in and grow with me...

It was a good life situation and I was raised so sheltered by my mom who was so mean and jaded by life. My dad was a part of her brokenness but at the time I didn't understand any of it. All I knew I was with my mom and dad and it seemed to be so good until it wasn't.

Don't Get Caught Up: Loving Others

In this episode is a tell all of feeling down and out and realizing how vulnerable you were to find real and true love. Hoping their was a better way and different people that want what you want out there and realizing that sometimes you are working against you. In the grand scheme of things I told myself I was helping someone in need at the end of the day. For the most part this new love to me was feeding the neglected part of me. Having a partner that was of God, that showed me love through word affirmation and showed me that I was wanted not only physically, but my mind, my thoughts, my hopes, my dreams. He really supported it all from far away. This was beginning to be more real each day that I got swept in. He was a man of God, he wanted to be the provider, he wanted a best friend, we prayed together, laugh together and he was a single father of 3. How could I say no to that? He had me at hey beautiful. What is your relationship with God? I've never had that approach and it was just what I was looking for? Well, stay tune for the many life lessons I want to share because no one shared them with me and I'm learning the hard truth and I want someone to go through it with me.
