In this episode I talk about what it looks like to be your authentic self. Often we go through life unsure of who we are because we’re trying to fit a standard that isn’t meant for us. We have to allow ourselves to figure out who we are and who we want to be for ourselves and not let society tell dictate it for us. We have to accept ourselves first before we can expect others to accept us, and even if we’re not accepted we can live with it because we are being true to ourselves and the ones that are supposed to be in our lives will be there!
