Rosemary: I have work at the Sunrise theater at 2, over there. And I do readings at the Open Mic at Swank and the Neon Rooster.

Passerby [to child]: Do you know how to write poems?

Child: Yeah.

Passerby with child: Do you know what a poem is?

Child: Yeah.

Passerby with child: What’s a poem?

Child: A poem is…it’s kind of like a paragraph but like sort of...with a beat.

Rosemary: That’s… that's pretty good.

Passerby with child: Yeah! It is! Actually, yeah!

Rosemary: A paragraph with a beat. I like that.

Passerby with child: Yeah. It’s a lot better than what I could have come up with.

Rosemary: That’s great. You know what? I don’t think I’m going to forget that. Will you tell me your name, again?

Child: My name’s Light.

Rosemary: Light?

Child: Yes.
