Each year, they work with around 150 people, starting about six months before release and continuing for up to a year on the outside.</p><p>We hear from Yemi, one of the mentors, and Kyle, who connected with Trailblazers while in prison. Kyle was released last yea and since then, a lot has changed for him. He’s now at university studying Business Management and working with Trailblazers to support others.
