Happy birthday to the great Bob Dylan! This took forever to upload so it's going out a bit later than planned, but I still managed to get it out on the 24th. Title quote is from 'Cry a While', off '"Love and Theft"'. In this episode I give you a few quick recommendations of Dylan and Dylan-adjacent movies, plus some stuff that's been on the radio here in the UK. I forgot to mention it in the ep, but the Big Issue also made an 80-song playlist which is on Spotify, and that's worth checking out too.

I also wanted to mark the passing of Charles Grodin last week. I was listening to 'Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands' after recording and I really thought Dylan used the phrase "midnight run", which got me excited, but I just checked and it's "midnight rug". Oh well.

Clueless/Bring It On double anniversary special!

Did you know that 'Clueless' and 'Bring It On' both had their UK premieres on the 20th of October, five years apart? It's true! And to celebrate, I have a great conversation with Ericka-Jade Mulherin, who was kind enough to guest on this episode.

Also, apparently Nicole Bilderback was in both films? I didn't realise that until we'd already recorded and I was in the middle of writing this description! Sorry to Nicole for not bringing it up. To be fair, her role in 'Clueless' is pretty small (best known as the "let's play suck and blow" girl).
