St Therese of Lisieux (the Little Flower) had a strong desire to become a Saint but felt incapable compared to the great and giant Saints who had gone before her. Yet God fulfilled her desire - now she is one of the greatest Saints of modern time (so much so that you can find a statue of her in almost every Catholic Church across the world). How did she do it? HOW to cast anxiety on Jesus

This episode is a live-talk I gave in November 2022 to a group of young adults on Luke 12:22 'Do not worry' - a timeless message that we all need reminding of from time to time! So how do we not worry? Ultimately it's the work and grace of the Holy Spirit to lead us to a place of trust, surrender and peace (thank goodness because that takes the pressure off). However, we can do our bit and co-operate with God. What do I suggest in this episode? 1) Put down your phone - after this episode of course 2) Read the Bible - it's really powerful and 3) More silence - all of which you can do in the final suggestion - sitting before Jesus Christ in a Church - because in the words of St Alphonsus Liguori, those who visit Jesus in the Tabernacle - in the Eucharist - receive "the greatest graces".

Amazing Faith
