In Tipperary Kilruane McDonaghs and Kiladangan have to do it all again after a thrilling draw. In Clare, Ballyea dug deep to claim their fourth Clare title in seven years. In Football, Watty Grahams Glen swept Slaughtneil aside to claim back-to-back football titles in Derry, Crossmaglen Rangers reclaimed the Armagh title by beating Granemore in the final, Roscommon saw Strokestown claim their first title in twenty years with a fairytale winning point from substitute Tony Lavin. In Galway, the semi finals threw up some huge shocks as Moycullen defeated the much fancied Mountbellew Moylough, and Salthill-Knocknacarra saw off the challenge of Annaghdown to make the final! In Leinster the Preliminary Provincial Round saw St. Mary's Ardee of Louth defeat Colmcilles of Longford, Palatine of Carlow defeat St. Patrick's of Wicklow, and Portarlington of Laois defeat Castletown of Wexford! As well as that, Kerins O'Rahillys defeated Templenoe in the Kerry Club Championship Final, while last years champions Austin Stacks were relegated! There is a lot to unpack here so enjoy!

The result was a fourth All-Ireland victory for Tyrone, and another All-Ireland Final defeat for Mayo, who still haven't won an All-Ireland since 1951. The match was a tight contest but the key moments and goals went in Tyrone's favour, and the match finished 2-14 to 0-15 in favour of the Red Hand County!
