			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lucky Khambule joins us to discuss his work with the Movement of Asylum Seekers in Ireland (MASI).</p><br><p>Ireland's asylum system of 'direct provision' has drawn criticism for its use of for-profit reception centres to house those awaiting a determination on their asylum claim, which has sometimes taken upwards of 10 years. </p><br><p>Lucky, along with a number of other activists, took over the reception centre they were living in in 2014. They demanded improved living conditions and won.
