How they arrived, their version of rock bottom, the volume, who and how. It all is individual to the individual. For me, the quitting came easy. I am still sober and am proud. I figure maybe someone out there could use some of my insights.


I intend for this to be an aid for those maybe in need, a voice of a stranger encouraging you on your way. This is a real podcast made by a real person who has gone through a real experience with alcohol.
