She was later to be known as Lisa Todd.  However, circumstances beyond control reduced her to be called <em>Publicker Jane Doe</em> for over 35 years.  It took a few technological advances to piece the mystery together.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As much as the story is about sorrow, it certainly is also one of determination.  Bensalem Police Det. Chris McMullin has been on this case since 2002.  He takes us through the journey of Lisa Todd helping him solve - or, at least b ring closure - to other cases over the years.  Today - Det.
