After 20 years in education, as a Teacher, an English Lead, a Deputy Head and a Head Teacher, I decided in October 2021 that it was time to begin a new chapter in my life. Teaching is one of the most demanding and challenging professions out there! Having taught 100’s of children, each from countries across the world - I can definitely say that no two days were ever the same! However, teaching is in bones - and always will be! So I decided that I wanted to do something to help teachers, who like me on so many occasions, felt overwhelmed, stressed and close to burn-out by the daily demands of the profession. I realised that a turning point for me in gaining control, empowerment, work life balance and self- belief was when I started to research the power of coaching, both within the school setting and on a personal level. Having worked with several amazing Education and Lifestyle Coaches in London, I decided to train to become an accredited Mindset Coach. So here’s what I do now - I help women teachers who are overwhelmed and stressed by the demands of the profession to gain confidence, empowerment and self-belief in their ability to unlock their true potential I’ve never been afraid of taking a risk, but giving up the security of my job as a headteacher was a massive risk!!!

I help burnt out and stressed women in the personal care industry break the mould and create freedom and finally earn their worth.

Hi I’m Essjay and I’m a proud mother of two, and been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. I’ve always been described as unstoppable or ‘machine’ is my latest nickname. I believe this is a good thing. This really does explain how I am as a person in life and business.

Nearly 3 years ago I decided that treating clients wasn’t enough for me and I wanted to use my 20 years of beauty business experience to support, coach and help beauty entrepreneurs reinvent themselves. This was perfect timing for me because as we hit the shit show of 2020 I was still able to use my knowledge and skills to earn a very good living without touching any clients.

I do believe that disruption creates reinvention and that is what I teach and coach to my clients. I now coach, support and mentor people that are ready to break the mould, reinvent them selfs and start to create the future that they want in life and business. I specialise in helping women in the personal cate industry, I believe we are all very talented and knowledgeable individuals and it’s time to become a celebrity and advisor in our field and not rely on time for exchange services.

Kharina works with CPTSD & Trauma Survivors struggling with trauma induced anxiety. Safely removing the blocked trauma in the body and brain for good. Clients regain confidence, self control and inner freedom. Kharina is a martial arts and a Cage Fighter, she has a disability due to Crohn's and has a stoma but her work stems from understanding, the trauma before the stoma. Healing is something we all deserve as is us truly living our best life.

I studied business management at university and upon graduating decided against taking a job in the corporate world and instead took a leap of faith and set up my own business. I started ‘T-me’ in 2007 using the latest direct to garment printing equipment from the United States, allowing me to print personalised clothing. The business has taken some twists and turns over the years and currently I am the no.1 seller of clothing in the UK on the platform Etsy. I have also launched several other businesses including an eco friendly brand and a charitable sock company. My wife and I have 4 young children ranging from 10 weeks to 10 years old! Looking to try something new and exciting I was drawn to life coaching and am now a fully accredited life coach and NLP practitioner. My aim is to help others develop a mindset that allows them to achieve everything they want from life. My own background in entrepreneurship mean that I understand the obstacles and opportunities involved with working for yourself and I strongly believe business is a vehicle that can not only help individuals achieve success, it can help save our planet!
