Having retired from active competition, she now focuses on professional speaking, addressing topics such as resilience, leadership, confidence/self-esteem, mental and physical health, and social and emotional well-being.


Drawing from personal experience, she emphasises overcoming adversity, particularly growing up with parents who struggled with addiction/alcoholism.
