ACT II MAIN DISCUSSION we gotta lovey dovey vibe goin’ on with 2 Valentines Day releases, ‘VFW’ and ‘After Midnight’. ‘VFW’ stars some very familiar faces to exploitation films and they deliver in this throwback like only real veterans to the craft can do. ‘After Midnight’ is a romantic monster movie and I guess that pretty much says it all. Finally our ACT III SCREAM QUEEN of the week is Kyliegh Curran as Abra in ‘Doctor Sleep’. A truly unique and powerful character, played with such confidence and strength you wouldn’t guess it was her first feature film.

Hey Lovelies! SCREAM QUEEN is baaaaaAaaack and better than ever! We managed to cram in a shit ton of movie watching over the holidays and over the next 8 weeks we will be giving you our oh so candid hot takes on what’s happening in horror.

Starting off Season 2 I’m bringing some of the most WHAT THE FUCK films outta the vault in ACT 1’s Have Y’all Seen?. This episode we’re talking Tammy and the T Rex (1994) vs Rawhead Rex (1986). In these seriously flawed but unquestionably awesome cult classics we gush about all the jaw droppingly stupid moments and extreme gore that left us truly stunned.

For Our Act 2 Main Discussion we’ll be diving into not 1 but 2 H.P. Lovecraft adapted/based stories. After a long departure (since the Island of Dr. Moreau debacle) Richard Stanley returns to directing with psychedelic horror trip Color Out Of Space. Needless to say, Nicholas Cage comes through with yet another OVER THE TOP performance like only Nicholas Cage can deliver. We’re following that up with sci fi deep sea horror flick Underwater and give our heartfelt opinions on the problem with the girls fighting. Are the girls fighting? Oh yes, the girls are fighting. In bikinis.

Finally for our ACT 3 SCREAM QUEEN of the week Teebs has nominated the one and only Jennifer Hudson in CATS! No explanation, if you saw the film YOU UNDERSTAND.
