This is a heavy but extremely important episode about men's mental health - a topic that demands more attention and more discussion because an alarming number of middle-aged men are struggling in silence and ultimately choosing to take their own lives. This week I'm talking about some of the risk factors and some of the facts, and opening up about my own experience of depression and anxiety, with some insight on the things and people who have helped me positively manage my mental health along the way.
