Created by Spanish choreographer Marcos Morau to the tones of Camille Saint-Saëns’s classic masterpiece ‘Le carnaval des animaux’. Sarah shares her experience with working with Marcos and his team’s spectacular visual design and distinctive and technically ambitious movement material.


Join dancer Tiemen Stemerding as he leads you through some of the movement tasks that were used to create the piece.

Djurens karneval is a co-production by Danssamverkan Sydsverige consisting of Regionteatern Blekinge/Kronoberg, Byteatern Kalmar, Rum för Dans Halland, Smålands Musik & Teater, Skånes Dansteater.
