Loneliness is something so many of us feel, yet so few of us talk about.

In this episode, we open up about the quiet, complicated reality of loneliness. It can show up, even in full and busy, love-filled lives, and it’s often tied to life transitions, disconnection, and the technology-filled world we live in now.

Joined by therapist Sarah Kenny, we explore the difference between being alone and feeling lonely, and why shame only deepens the feeling. Under Sara's guidance, we'll also share some small, meaningful ways to combat loneliness and better connect with each other, from journaling to reaching out to new friends. Ultimately, this journey of reconnection begins by acknowledging our feelings and remembering that we're not alone.

This podcast is proudly sponsored by Caddis, eyewear designed for people who see life clearly at every age.
