What we are really seeking when we search for the answers outside of us, is validation, confirmation and affirmation that what we sense, feel or want to believe internally is RIGHT. What you are really lacking is not the answers. It’s deep inner trust.


Consulting others may work initially, and is a start, but is not sustainable. For further down your journey, you will need divine guidance once again. The path will turn, and you will have more questions, and require more deep understanding and perspective.

Sharing and practicing the skills we have learnt can help us level up our practice tremendously and prevent us from becoming stagnant.


When we step up to become consultants, advisors, mentors, coaches, therapists, guides, instructors, teachers and leaders to others, we acknowledge all we have learnt so far (no matter how little), and return to others what we have received from the Universe, we tune to the frequency of gratitude (which attracts even more to us).

  • Something in your life is not / no longer in spiritual alignment
  • You are on the brink of a spiritual awakening & transcendence 
  • You are poised for change, shifts and soul expansion


✨We can choose to facilitate & allow our growth to happen or let our discomfort grow. 


Ignoring something doesn’t make it go away. Hoping something is ‘nothing’, doesn’t make it so. Not ‘wanting to know’, doesn’t change the truth. 

In fact ignoring and delaying nature and your destiny makes things worse. 


Though you think maintaining the status quo is keeping everything calm around you, your lack of inner peace will soon reflect as chaos in your outer world.

There isn’t one ‘right’ perfect path. What is ‘right’ or ‘correct’ is different for each person. It is subjective. In Soul Intelligence classes I often quote Anais Nin, “We don’t see the world as it is, we see it as we are”. 


To make a decision that is aligned with our Soul path, we need to go beyond judgement to access the spiritual, non-physical realms. The Soul already knows what the head and heart can’t tell you.

Your sensitivity is a gift, do not allow it to become a curse, just because you fail to draw proper energetic boundaries. 


Energy from people, places and objects can merge with us. Being an empath just means you are more susceptible and aware. Just as you would vacuum and tidy your home to keep healthy and hygienic, our energy bodies have an immune system too that requires cleansing, maintenance and management. 


❗️If you are an empath, introvert or intuitive, your needs are probably higher than most. But ‘energy vampires’ and your sensitivity is NOT the issue. 


We deserve maximum vitality, to be fully present in this world, be able to socialise and fully participate in life with free agency - go, see and do whatever we want. Isolating or avoiding because we are extra ‘sensitive’, undermines this. And it’s not how we are meant to live.
