She is a business- and strategy-oriented R&amp;D leader with a background in McKinsey and almost 15 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Along with SwedCham’s launch of #Candid: 100 perspectives on Gender Equality, Emma suggested that Swedish companies in Singapore should join forces in a pledge to double up on paternity leave from two (government-sponsored in Singapore) to four weeks.
