Cognitive load is part of our vocabulary now… But do we really know what it means? Or how it works?

I wrote this to understand it a little better — and to share some reflections on a key question:

I believe we often still coach the physical action, not the intelligence that must drive it. We see a head turn, but we don't know if the player is actually seeing the game.
