Episode 1 MY Model

In this episode I work through my repurposing of Anderson and Bushmans 2002 General Aggression Model (GAM).

This podcast is for those who identify as men and I acknowledge that the GAM is mostly used to identify aggressive behaviour. Because of this I have created the "MY MODEL" which is going to be used for us to reflect on the responses, thoughts and feelings we have about the things we experience.

You may wonder why is this relevant. I am asking you to trust me and give it a go. Use the worksheets that you can download or view. I admit is a dry and not very entertaining episode, but it will help you enjoy other episodes and hopefully bring about a new or enhanced way of critiquing the way we look at ourselves, others and the world around us.

I will refer back to the MY MODEL frequently so make sure you follow through.
