Purpose - If you have it, you know it.  If you don't have it, you also know it. When we live and lead our actions around purpose, we are clear about the path and fruition we are committed to. Likely, we have spent some considerable inner work in our inner ground. Becoming aware and intimate with the nature and quality of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that are present. We are able to intentionally plant the seeds of the purpose we have defined so that we can be mindful gardeners and nurture those seeds. Defining purpose is much more than setting a goal. It goes beyond stating how much money you want, the cars, or all the other stuff. Purpose is about setting meaning to your life, bringing fulfillment to your presence on this planet in the finite time we have here, and the impact we will have.
