David Rudman (Cookie Monster, Scooter, Beaker, etc.) is a puppeteer, director, producer, writer, and dad of Joey. David has been working for Sesame Street & the Muppets since the 1980's and is currently performing many characters such as Cookie Monster, Baby Bear, Scooter, Janice, Beaker, Two Headed Monster, and others. On top of that, and being Joey's dad, he also is the co-owner of Spiffy Pictures where he co created, executive produced, directed, and performed in Jacks Big Music Show (Noggin), Bunnytown (Nick Jr), and Nature Cat (PBS). Joey & Amanda talk to David about his life and career. They touch on many defining moments such as the first time he saw the muppets on TV, auditioning for Jim Henson, becoming Cookie Monster, and creating his own production company.
