Cranberry Slaw Recipe:

-16 ounces of Cranberries

-3 Apples

-1/4 cup of chopped Walnuts

-1 orange

-Grate Cranberries, Apples, and the orange in a food processor or meat grinder.

-Add the Walnuts

-Add Honey or Sugar to taste

-Add Orange Juice for desired consistency. It should be moist but not runny.

-Let sit in the refrigerator before serving. Add more Orange Juice if needed.
