			<description><![CDATA[<p>Welcome back friends, this week I am delighted to bring you my conversation with Rabbi Benjy Morgan, CEO of the Jewish Learning Exchange, commonly known as the JLE.</p><br><p>As CEO, Rabbi Benjy Morgan is responsible for the innovation and strategy of the JLE in the 21st century. He oversees education across the numerous different departments in which the JLE operates. He guides dozens of dedicated staff and the myriad of weekly programs that service over 1000 individuals each week.&nbsp;</p><br><p>There were two particular stories that I wanted to bring up in my conversation with Rabbi Morgan, but some last minute changes to Rabbi Morgan’s diary meant that we ended up recording this conversation a few short hours before a flight out of the country.
