The book is written by Anthony Bloom called Beginning to Pray. The point of this is not to teach anything, or preach, nor am I encouraging spiritual interpretation. I am simply looking at the words he says and trying to apply it to other areas of my life. Please do not take this to a spiritual level or interpret it in such a way. As something I wanted to share, not being able to record a more story focused episode, I put out this so you guys wouldn't miss out on anything and hopefully would gain something.

The next episode, season 3 episode 7, should be out by Saturday, and I hope this one serves you.

The trailer for the Roots and Ropes podcast. This gives you a introduction into what this podcast will be about and how it can help you grow as an individual to be where you want to be. I hope that you're excited to check out the other episodes that will help you grow. I also recommend you subscribe and leave a 5-star rating on whatever platform you're listening too so he knows to put more great content with lots of value like this.

Remember, this is not a quick-fix podcast, nor is it about school and how to achieve good grades, but rather how to reach the life you envision like the adults, but you're younger which gives you an advantage of being able to fail, experiment, and not have anything cost you because of that. It's not for people who just want to mess around and party all day, because even though enjoying life is important, there's another side to it. If that bores you, I recommend not listening to this because it will end up wasting your time, and I don't want that. This is a straight-up podcast about commitment and growth. It's about coming out of your comfort zone to reach the things that you want to achieve. If that interests you, check out the other episodes.
--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/fromtheroot/message

Hosted on Acast.
