Kerry, Rebecca and Bongo brought such a wonderful energy to the quarry. It was brilliant to hear their journeys and how, despite fear they changed their lives and leaned into what truly makes them happy.

It was a joy to hear about their bravery and courage to listen to their instinct. We talked about all their challenges, from blocking out the noise off others and focussing on themselves, to the challenge of working as a team when you're in a couple. Time with these was enriching fun and always happy to talk star signs with a fellow Taurus.

Clare talks about the pressure of being the poster-girl for Scuba Diving and the scrutiny that comes with. There are also experiences in Clare's life that forced her to become self-sufficient, driven and focussed, and whilst these were some of the hardest moments of her life, it has carved out a path for her that has led to her joy in water.
