A true music lover at heart, Doctor P, aka Shaun Brockhurst, has had an intense love of music since he was just a teenager jamming with his friends on drums and guitar. Doctor P is what you might label as a triple threat as his talent can be found in the roles he effortlessly balances as a musician, producer, and DJ. He also founded Circus Records with long time friend Flux Pavilion.

Who is Flux Pavilion: Influenced by the likes of The Prodigy, Basement Jaxx and dubstep pioneer Rusko, Flux loved the high energy madness that dance music was capable of and set about making some of his own in the form of dubstep. Already adept with production skills he was soon off the starting block and with his tunes swiftly generating interest on the circuit, it was soon clear that what started of as a bit of experimentation had led to Flux landing on his feet with the dubstep sound. While his career flourished Flux and childhood friend Doctor P had also been working on some stuff together. Who Is Dr Dubplate: Be it viral moments during DJ sets or breaking down barriers for the new generation with his label ec2a, Dr Dubplate and the UK’s new underground run closely alongside one another. Dr Dubplate’s entry into dance music came as a teenager. Heavily influenced by his father – then manager of London institution Plastic People – he grew up absorbing Afrobeat, Rare Groove, House and Funk. Working the cloakroom on Thursday nights at Plastic People he was exposed to residencies and performances from some of the most esteemed artists – Theo Parrish, Four Tet and Floating Points to name a few- which paved the way for an education in and appreciation of UK Sound system and club culture. Dr Dubplate’s DJ stripes were earned in Bristol, as promoter and resident for party series Piff where he played alongside artists such as Mall Grab, DJ Seinfeld and Hodge. In 2020 he established ec2a – a more personal project referencing his inspiration and upbringing. Emerging during the height of the new UK Garage scene, Yanis’s debut as Dr Dubplate soon followed. With label and DJ projects running side by side, a following quickly formed, leading to bookings up and down the country when clubs re-opened, and a breakthrough year in 2021. A memorable headline B2B set with Interplanetary Criminal for Keep Hush, at their sold out summer festival, catapulted him into the eyes and ears of post-pandemic clubbers as did an ec2a Fabric RM3 takeover later that year. With a rich musical upbringing, it’s no coincidence that Dr Dubplate’s sets reflect his character; a positive, multi-genre taste with gun fingers as part of the blueprint and treating his crowds to everything from Gil Scott Heron to Kwengface, Dubstep to UK Funky and Trap.

Who is Elohim: Elohim is a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and producer who crafts hook-savvy, hip-hop influenced electropop. She ermerged in the latter half of the 2010s with a mysterious public image and moody tracks like "Xanax" and "Sleepy Eyes." She made her name with two consecutive self-titled releases, a 2016 EP and a 2018 full-length, as well as collaborations with artists like Skrillex, Quinn XCII, and Whethan. Beginning 2021, Elohim released a series of self-examining EPs called Journey to the Center of Myself, the fourth of which arrived in early 2022. Who Is Kevin Knapp: There are few DJs who have as much passion and dedication to this industry as Kevin Knapp. He’s a constant pioneer of the sounds crowds yearn for through his own individual production style and his proclivity for vocal contributions. Who Is blythe: Blythe Pepino is a singer, a songwriter, a front woman, an activist and a choir leader. Who Is Odd Mob: For Brisbane based Harry Hope, better known as Odd Mob, there are no limits in sight as he goes from strength to strength with every innovative production. Who are Dusky: Dusky are London production duo Nick Harriman and Alfie Granger-Howell. The duo have asserted themselves as leaders of the UK underground. BBC Essential Mix of The Year contenders, DJ Mag cover stars, headliners everywhere from Berlin's Panorama Bar to London's Fabric, Dusky's story so far is one of constant forward motion and a uniquely universal appeal. The duo's breakthrough track was undoubtedly 2012's iTunes Dance Single Of The Year 'Flo Jam'. Who are Walker & Royce: Walker & Royce started when Sam and Gavin, having known each other in and out of the dance scene for years, finally began working together in 2011. Crosstown Rebels boss Damian Lazarus noticed one of their very first releases. The result was the Crosstown Rebels EP "You're Not Welcome" and with that, Walker & Royce was launched into the dance music spotlight. Around the same time, Walker & Royce released a track on OFF Recordings that went on to become a house anthem: "Connected". The song became a mainstay in Solomun's performances and with that set the stage for a diverse range of sounds from the pair. Their EP on Moda Black entitled “Sister” was picked by Pete Tong as his Essential New Tune, and their chart toping remix of Baunz’ “Out the Window” on Pets Recordings garnered support from many of the biggest artists in electronic music. Who Is Danny Tenaglia: The momentum started building in early ’70s New York, when a barely 10-year-old Danny first got the feel of vinyl in his hands. Enthralled by the music of artists like The Trammps, Marvin Gaye, African Hugh Masekela, and Giorgio Moroder, he started to collect records. In 1979 he discovered legendary nightclub Paradise Garage, where DJ Larry Levan’s rich, genre-less blend of music seemed to mirror his own “no boundaries” policy. Who Is Juaz: The project of Sam Vogel, a 26 year old, LA-based icon collective graduate is one that combines brilliant production, energetic sets, and underground vibes that have captivated the hearts of the dance community. Hailing from the Bay Area, Vogel moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music. In just one year, he went from an aspiring producer in the crowd of hard Summer,to playing the main stage. The DJ and producer burst onto the scene in 2016 when he arrived in Miami as Quentin Dombres, a then-unknown talent with an impressive roster of funky, feel-good tracks. Today he has become inextricably linked with industry heavyweights including Blondish, Armand van Helden, Diplo, Claptone, and MK, all of whom supported Dombresky’s early career endeavors as collaborators. Azzecca’s genre-bending productions are perfect for massive club systems. ‘My sound is always dark and sexy, but I experiment with different genres and vibes a lot. My sets are dynamic, I love to surprise the crowd. I start my own tracks with a bassline, a lead or a vocal sample, I love to use funky arps. My diverse musical tastes give me extreme versatility as a DJ/producer, resulting from early influences like the harsh but emotional elements of electro rock.’ 

Azzecca aka Allie DeCastris cites early influences as Massive Attack, Portishead, Nightmares on Wax, Little Dragon, Bjork, Pink Floyd, and ‘I’ve always been massively into Bristolian electro rock sounds.’ Born to a musical family and attending rock concerts from an early age, she grew up playing flute, bass piano and piano. She began DJing and production as hobbies, until COVID’s enforced re-think started her DJing for small parties winning attention from promoters, while Diplo’s Higher Ground dropped her first single and EP, and she launched her ‘Dirty Disco’ nights. 

‘Dirty Disco’, still ongoing and growing, are female-focused parties she began in Chicago clubs, to fill a need she had identified for spaces where women could dress up and feel good without unwelcome attention. 

As her career spirals ever skywards, Azzecca's targets include conquering new territories, pushing musical boundaries, and touring Dirty Disco to continue giving a platform to emerging underground artists she loves.

PvD received a Grammy nomination in 2005 for Best Dance/Electronic Album for his original album Reflections - this marked the first time NARAS recognized this category. His original productions from Reflections have been synced into major motion pictures such as Into the Blue, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, television´s Entertainment Tonight and MTV´s Cribs, and international ad campaigns for Motorola, HBO, Land Rover, Ski Vail and most recently for Jeep. Paul van Dyk´s touring diary remains incredibly hectic with regular globetrotting stops at major venues across the globe from New York, London, Ibiza to India, China and Singapore. In the little time remaining between all the travel, Paul van Dyk resides in Berlin where he has his own radio show "Paul van Dyk´s VONYC Sessions" which airs weekly.

Who is Cory Goldsmith: Cory Goldsmith, PhD is a music producer and audio software developer. He earned a Ph.D. (2018) in Chemical Physics at JILA at the University of Colorado Boulder, where his research focused on the analytical and computational modeling of the interaction of atoms and molecules with ultrafast laser pulses. Since 2019, he has been a Software Engineer at iZotope, and for the past three years, has been the technical lead of the team that created famed iZotope products such as Neutron 4, Audiolens, Nectar 4, and most recently, Trash. Cory also produces music under "Cory Goldsmith", having released on techno labels like IAMT and Reload Records as well as trance imprints like Ride Recordings.

Who is Moby: Richard Melville Hall, 11 September 1965, New York, USA. A New York DJ, recording artist, Christian, vegan and Philosophy graduate. Moby is so nicknamed because of the fact that he can trace his ancestry to the author of the famous whaling tale.

This is by no means the only interesting aspect of his idiosyncratic artistic life. He refuses to travel anywhere by car because of the environmental considerations, and generally displays little of the public anonymity that is the creed of the underground DJ. In 1991, he took the Twin Peaks theme, under the guise of "Go", into the UK Top 10. Although that appealed to the more perverse natures of both mainstream and club audiences, the release of "I Feel It"/"Thousand" in 1993 was yet more bizarre. The latter track was classified by The Guinness Book Of Records as the fastest single ever, climaxing at 1,015 bpm. It was typical of Moby's playful, irreverent attitude to his work. In his youth he was a member of hardcore punk outfit the Vatican Commandos, and even substituted as singer for Flipper while their vocalist was in prison.He has brought these rock 'n' roll inclinations to bear on the world of dance music: at the 1992 DMC/Mixmag Awards ceremony he trashed his keyboards at the end of his set. His introduction to dance music began in the mid-80s: "I was drawn to it, I started reading about it, started hanging out in clubs. For me house music was the synthesis of the punk era." He collected cheap, second hand recording equipment, basing himself in an old factory/converted prison in New York's Little Italy district. The albums issued by New York dance label Instinct collect the artist's early work. Ambient comprised unissued cuts from 1988-91, composed of barely audible atmospheric interludes. Moby signed to leading independent Mute Records in 1993, and the following year released "Hymn", a transcendental religious techno odyssey, distinguished by a 35-minute ambient mix and a Laurent Garner remix. The track was included on his eclectic major label debut, Everything Is Wrong. His own remix catalogue includes Brian Eno, LFO ("Tan Ta Ra"), Pet Shop Boys, Erasure ("Chorus"), Orbital ("Speed Freak"), Depeche Mode and even Michael Jackson. He moved away from his dance base in 1996 with the thrash rock of Animal Rights, and in turn sounded more like Johnny Rotten.

His "James Bond Theme' debuted at UK number 8 in November 1997. The attendant I Like To Score was an uneasy experiment in soundtrack work. Another change of style was apparent on 1999"s Play, a superb album on which several tracks were based around sampled field recordings made by folklorist Alan Lomax in the earlier part of the century. Play became a remarkable sleeper hit, thanks in the main to the licensing of every track on the album for use in advertisements. Moby repeated the Play formula to lesser effect on 18.

Who is Mafro: MAFRO makes emotional electronic music that swings between melancholy and euphoria, inviting the listener in, and putting them at the centre of the story. The North London artist has flourished as one of the UK's most promising new talents since the launch of his debut EP, Bloom, in 2023. He has been recognised as "dance music's upcoming breakthrough act" in NME's Top 100, and collaborated with the likes of Aluna, TSHA and Diplo on the latter’s recent Grammy-nominated album. Who is Destructo: Longtime music industry figure Gary Richards goes by the name Destructo, producing and spinning an explosive mixture of electro-house and rap. Using the moniker since the early 1990s when he was an A&R for Rick Rubin's Def American Recordings, the DJ, concert promoter, and producer began releasing solo material on Boysnoize and OWSLA, starting with 2012's Technology EP. He began fusing dance music with gangsta rap and trap on 2014's West Coast, and has collaborated with major emcees such as E-40, Too $hort, and Busta Rhymes. Richards has been named one of EDM's most important figures by Rolling Stone and Billboard. Los Angeles-based Gary Richards started organizing dance events in 1991, and Rick Rubinchose him to work as A&R for the electronic music division of Def American Recordings in 1993. He signed acts like Lords of Acid, Messiah, and God Lives Underwater, and worked out American deals with XL Recordings and Harthouse Records. As Destructo, he remixed Awesome 3's rave classic "Don't Go," and played aggressive DJ sets of the hardest techno he could find. He later founded 1500 Records and Nitrus Records, and worked with artists such as David Holmes, Dub Pistols, Basement Jaxx, and many more.

Who is wAFF: From his roots in the clubland underground of Leeds and Hull, DJ-producer wAFF has gone on to become globally renowned. He has earnt widespread respect. His schedule is relentless but he doesn’t cut corners. He’s the only British artist who’s recorded for all three European techno hubs, Sven Väth’s Cocoon, Adam Beyer’s Drumcode and Loco Dice’s Desolat. He approaches music with unstoppable enthusiasm and attention to detail. This summer, for instance, his Ibiza gigs range from his residency at Paradise at DC-10 to Elrow at Amnesia (and the rest of the world!). He’s DJing everywhere, from recent Space in Miami to festival slots at Glastonbury, Hideout, Sziget and, yes, the original Nevada Desert madhouse, Burning Man. Now based in London, much further back wAFF kickstarted the underground dance scene in his native Hull and achieved success with his Koala parties in Leeds, providing a widely respected initial springboard to take things forward. He’s been part of Jamie Jones’s Paradise crew since their first 2012 season at DC-10, and also recorded regularly for Jones’s Hot Creations imprint with tunes such as his Hot Creations debut ‘Rainbows’, 2016’s ‘Sick Pleasure’ and ‘Kidney Punch’, and 2015 monster ‘Fat Gash’, all played by DJs ranging from Patrick Topping to Marco Carola. For Cocoon he recorded the Freeks EP, which contained the much-hammered hypno-thumping classic, ‘Groover’, while Drumcode released his urgent nine minute techno-tinted floor-stormer ‘VibrationZ’.

Who is AC Slater: Referring to himself as "The King of Heavy Bass House in America," Los Angeles-based AC Slater makes boisterous party music influenced by a wide range of styles, particularly house, rave, and U.K. bass music. Active on the hardcore scene since the early 2000s, he made a much greater impact once he switched to more accessible club styles around 2008. Since then, his tracks have become favorites of DJs such as Diplo, Moby, and Skrillex, and he's performed at numerous major dance festivals and clubs throughout the world. In addition to releasing tracks on club labels such as Trouble & Bass, Nightshifters, and OWSLA, he's also the founder of Pitched Up Recordings, Party Like Us Records, and Night Bass. He collaborated with rapper Dell Harris on the 2010 full-length Right Now. He released his debut solo album, Outsiders, in 2017, and moved in a tech-house direction with 2023's Together.

Who is Dot Major: Dot Major, best known for being a Pianist and Percussionist famous for his work in the British pop trio London Grammar, known for hits like the multiplatinum “Strong,” which took home an Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically in 2014. Who is A-Trak: Very few DJs can jump from club sets to high-profile festival performances, to Kanye West’s larger-than-life stadium shows with ease. In today’s DJ culture, A-Trak holds a truly unique place. He founded 2007’s most buzzworthy label, Fool’s Gold, with a mission to merge all aspects of club music. The manifesto for this fusion was outlined on his first official mixtape: Dirty South Dance, which set the tone for Trizzy’s very own production, each acapella or track re-edited to create something fresh. In a matter of a few months, his signature remixes (for, amongst others, Boys Noize and Simian Mobile Disco) and  his original tracks (Say Whoa produced for Nike and released on Kitsune) and a collaboration with Laidback Luke (Shake it down) were gaining support from the likes of Erol Alkan, Busy P, DJ AM, Annie Mac, MSTRKRFT and Boys Noize.

Who is Monki: With a BBC Radio 1 show, her own party brand and a record label, Monki presides over a mini empire. In the seven years since she first got involved in the electronic music business, she has risen to every challenge with aplomb, working her way up from an intern at Rinse FM to become an influential international selector, with gigs across Britain and beyond. Monki has appeared at many of the UK’s most iconic venues as well as commanding the big stage at festivals on a regular basis.
