Mark Adams

Artist | Was in a band from high school and was working for the Sound Dept of Sony until the pastoral lifestyle of Paso beckoned..

Local | Grew up in Paso but never thought he would be a winemaker! In his words he returned home from LA in order to get his hands dirty!

Sustainable | As well as adhering to dry and organic farming, he self propagated every single one of his vines with cuttings from vineyards he knew inside out and had long admired.

Jeremy Weintraub

East Coast | A home grown New Yorker who donned his corporate tie for a cowboy hat in Paso.

Intellectual | Not many people after a successful stint in politics would go back to college at 30 to retrain in Chemistry. In order to further his appreciation of winemaking Jeremy then worked in vineyards all around the world from New Zealand to Italy.

FARMER | From his farm boy roots in Missouri, he now lives the farm lifestyle; working with grapes and living off the animals he owns and produce he grows.

PRODIGY | At only 24 years old he was the winemaker of a multimillion dollar business and 6 years later he was defined by Wine Spectator as the epicentre of the West Paso wine scene.
