Don't be fooled, avoiding your trauma doesn't make it disappear - it usually makes things worse in the long run. You can't heal or grow past what you refuse to confront.

Freedom and transformation begin in facing and working through what's happened.

You must:

1. Choose to confront/Acknowledge your trauma.

YOU MUST CONFRONT IT!

2. Take intentional steps toward healing.
