Ben, Ben and Matt chat about the day that changed his life, his prior ignorance to mental health issues, his following campaign to make training in mental health first aid mandatory for educators, the walk he set up to raise funds and get people talking, the stigma around mental health, the impact of social media, stress and school on young people, the effects of positive self talk and how he found strength to talk about his own mental health through helping others.
