Your favourite threesome has noticed a rise in “micro-connections”, texting for the sake of texting.

In this episode, we unpack why this phenomenon is becoming such a thing. Can relationships that don’t require too much effort actually be useful in a world that already demands so much of our energy and attention? Or are they just another shallow distraction, stopping us from building deeper relationships and lasting bonds?

We recognise that the way we relate to one another, and what connection looks like has changed in the social media era. So, what can we do as a community … no, as a society, to bridge the gap and help people feel more genuinely connected?

In this episode, we decided to take it back. We’ve gained a lot of traction and sparked plenty of online discussion after talking about the fact that the Caribbean population is the only ethnic group in the UK that is declining, while every other group is growing.

In this episode, we break down why. We address colourism and ask the question: do Caribbean men like to feel othered or fetishised?

We also share our own personal experiences with race and skin tone, and try to unpack why, as a culture, we make the dating decisions we do.
